Shipping Methods After we have processed your order (1-2 business days), all items will be shipped via Canada Post ground service which normally takes 5-7 business days. If you require your purchase in 1-3 business days (Xpress Post) then please include this as a special instruction when you’re processing your payment. We will work with you to come up with a solution that is satisfactory. For health reasons earrings cannot be returned. If an item is returned then shipping is your responsibility and you should use a method that allows for shipment tracking. Please include the original packing slip with your purchase. |
Unique Jewellery All jewellery at Body More Beautiful is individually designed and crafted. Therefore, once a piece has been sold, it will not be duplicated. Items purchased online through PayPal will automatically update the status of the piece to "Sold" but, it will continue to be shown (as "Sold" with no ability to Add to Cart) for a number of days to avoid confusing return visitors who may have been looking to purchase a particular item. In the unlikely event that two people try to purchase the same item at the same time, the purchase with the earliest time will be deemed to be the purchaser and any other individuals will have their payment refunded in full for that item. Body More Beautiful also sells jewellery direct to the public and, if an item is sold directly to the public, this sale will be deemed to be earlier than any online sale and the online purchaser will receive a full refund. |
